Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 860-350-3222 to obtain an RA number and shipping instructions. Our goal is for you to be a satisfied customer!

Shipping:
All orders will be shipped UPS ground guaranteed delivery in the continental USA. Total shipping, handling and insurance is 6.00 regardless of the amount of the order.

Rates for orders shipped to a post office box or which require special handling (over sized or over weight) will be determined while placing your order. Please contact us for shipping rates outside the USA.
